When you place an order, an authorization hold is placed on your payment method to reserve the funds. This hold is not a charge and will only be captured once the order is processed for shipment.

🧾 Payment Authorization & Modifications
By submitting your order, you authorize Ice Bath Reserve to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges.

💬 Payment Confirmation
After your payment is captured, you’ll receive a Payment Confirmation Email confirming that the transaction was completed.

If the item has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — see our Return & Refund Policy.

📦 Backorders & Held Orders
If your item is on backorder, we give you the option to:

Hold your order until the item is restocked

Or cancel without a fee before restocking occurs
Important Notes on Held Orders:

Payment is captured after a few days, even for backorders

If canceled before shipping, a 5% cancellation fee applies

If canceled after shipping, a 30% restocking fee applies
